Cancellation Policy

1. Course Cancellation

At Jai Ho Study, we strive to provide the best quality educational content. However, due to the digital nature of our courses, recorded videos, and test series, cancellations are strictly governed by our policy.

• Once a course or test series is purchased and access is granted, the order cannot be cancelled by the user.
• In exceptional cases, if a duplicate transaction is recorded, the user must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction to request a cancellation of the duplicate charge.
• Jai Ho Study reserves the right to cancel any enrollment if a user is found violating the Terms of Service, such as sharing account credentials. No refund will be provided in such cases of forced cancellation.
