You do not need to install the Jai Ho Study mobile app or log in to submit a deletion request. You can request deletion anytime directly through this publicly accessible page.
2. How to Request Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Send an email to info@jaihostudy.com from the email address associated with your Jai Ho Study account.
- Subject Line: Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- Include Details: Include your registered Name and Phone Number in the body of the email so we can accurately locate your account.

3. The Deletion Process
Once we receive your request:
- We will verify the request to ensure it originates from the account owner.
- We will permanently delete your user profile, app usage history, test scores, and personal identifiers within 14 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully removed from our active servers.
4. Data Retained
Please note that while your profile and usage data will be deleted, we may be legally required to retain certain transaction histories or financial records for taxation and compliance purposes as mandated by the Government of India.
This retained data is stored securely and will never be used for marketing or any other purposes.
